Potato Salad

Made potato salad tonight, with potatoes that had big big eyes. 

HI! HI! HI! HI! HI!, I can see you with all my eyes!!!!!

I dunno if I should call it potato salad, it also had grated radishes and carrots. It had tiny cut pieces of celery,  red pepper and orange pepper. It had half a cup of chopped parsley and a bit of chopped cilantro. It had an entire red onion in tiny little pieces.  It was seasoned with ground dried garlic and onions and black pepper and lots of mayonaise.
